What You’ll Do
Leadership & Team Development
- Mentor, coach, and support team members’ professional growth
- Drive team performance through clear goals and regular feedback
- Recruit and onboard talent, fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment
Technical Execution
- Lead architectural design and ensure alignment with long-term technical strategy
- Maintain high standards of code quality, performance, and scalability
- Guide hands-on development work in Python and Java
Project & Resource Management
- Plan and execute development roadmaps, allocating resources effectively
- Proactively manage risk, timelines, and project scope
- Promote agile practices (Scrum, Kanban) and continuous delivery
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Act as the bridge between engineering, product, and business stakeholders
- Communicate updates and technical insights to senior leadership
- Align team efforts with strategic objectives and market needs
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices
- Drive improvements in tools, processes, and systems to enhance productivity
What You’ll Bring
- Strong background in software engineering with hands-on development experience in Python and Java
