About the Role
The Enablement Manager will play a critical role in driving organizational transformation by enhancing operational efficiency and supporting the successful delivery of new initiatives. This role collaborates closely with program leadership and cross-functional teams to design and implement enablement strategies that empower employees, align stakeholders, and ensure smooth adoption of new service delivery models, processes, and tools. The role requires strong change management expertise, analytical skills, and a focus on improving both employee and customer experiences.

Key Accountabilities

  • Reporting: Prepare and deliver reports on project budgets, performance metrics, and other key indicators to stakeholders.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process to ensure timely and efficient hiring in line with project requirements.
  • Timesheet Reconciliation: Oversee the reconciliation of timesheets to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and billing.
  • Budget Management: Monitor and manage budgets to ensure financial targets are met, including forecasting and variance analysis.
  • Project Implementation Support: Collaborate with the Delivery Program Manager to facilitate the unblocking of pre-discovery tasks and enable the successful implementation of new project initiatives.
  • Vendor Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring contractual obligations are fulfilled and performance standards are met.
  • Procurement Management: Oversee procurement processes, ensuring cost-effective purchasing and supply chain management in alignment with project and company goals.
  • Contract Management: Manage and negotiate contracts with vendors and partners, ensuring compliance and alignment with project goals and company standards.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the team and projects.

Key Selection Criteria

  • Degree in Business, IT, Communications, Project Management, or related field; relevant
  • certifications preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in enablement, change management, training, or service management roles — preferably within transformation or digital initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and change management methodologies.
  • Analytical and data-driven with experience measuring enablement effectiveness.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Passionate about improving employee and customer experiences.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft technologies and development tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
