The Opportunity
We’re seeking a mid‑level Employee Relations Partner to join the People & Culture team on a 6‑month contract, reporting to the Manager, Employee Relations. This role offers hands‑on involvement in workplace relations casework, advising stakeholders, and shaping best‑practice ER outcomes. There’s potential for the contract to be extended based on business needs.
What You’ll Do
- Provide pragmatic, timely employee relations advice to leaders and employees
- Lead and support workplace investigations, performance management, misconduct and grievance matters
- Partner with HR and business leaders to identify trends and deliver proactive solutions
- Support change management activity and cultural initiatives
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies and procedures
About You
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in employee relations or HR within a fast‑paced corporate environment
- Strong understanding of employment legislation and contemporary ER/HR best practice
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail and ability to balance priorities in a busy environment
- Team player with a solutions‑focused mindset
