A global manufacturer of quality products used in the construction sector, serving both Australian and international markets, is seeking an experienced EHSQ Manager to lead environment, health, safety and quality across its ANZ operations. Reporting to the ANZ Managing Director, you’ll play a key role in shaping culture, strengthening systems, and driving continuous improvement across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver the national EHSQ strategy in line with global standards.
- Strengthen risk management, with a focus on critical controls.
- Drive cultural change and EHSQ maturity across the organisation.
- Oversee internal audits and ensure ISO compliance (9001, 14001, 45001).
- Build leadership capability and coach teams on safety and quality best practices.
- Partner with site leaders, regulators, auditors, and service providers.
About You
- Degree in OHS or Environmental Management.
- Lead Auditor and ICAM Lead Investigator qualifications.
- Experience in safety leadership, ideally in manufacturing or high-risk settings.
- Strong stakeholder skills and commercial acumen.
- Willing to travel frequently across Australia.
