Davidson Technology are working with a large State Government agency to secure an experienced D365 Solution Architect to provide expert guidance in the establishment of their new enterprise CRM and case management platform.
About the Role
As the Dynamics 365 CRM Solution Architect, you’ll be responsible for providing expert architectural guidance in the establishment of an Enterprise Customer Relationship Management and Case Management Platform built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service. The role involves developing comprehensive solution architecture artefacts, including conceptual and logical target architectures, functional and integration designs, high-level data models, data migration strategies, security and non-functional requirements, reporting approaches, onboarding frameworks, and target operating models. Working closely with Microsoft, implementation partners, and internal business and technology stakeholders, you’ll ensure solutions align with enterprise standards, Power Platform frameworks, and Queensland Government policies. Leveraging extensive expertise in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and the Microsoft Azure ecosystem, you will also provide governance, security, compliance, and best practice guidance to support the successful delivery and onboarding of enterprise solutions.
About You
To be successful in this role, you’ll be a highly experienced Dynamics 365 Solution Architect with over ten years of success delivering solution architecture within large and complex enterprise environments. Possessing broad architectural capability across enterprise platforms, data and analytics strategies, and integration patterns, you’ll excel at aligning technology solutions with business outcomes through collaboration with cross-functional teams. You’ll bring extensive expertise in designing end-to-end solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Microsoft Power Platform, and Azure-based technologies, with a strong track record modernising legacy systems and enabling new digital capabilities. Known for exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, you’ll provide clear and practical architectural guidance to support informed ICT decision-making while ensuring compliance with Queensland Government ICT frameworks and standards. Desirable certifications include Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, and Power Platform Solution Architect Expert.
The Benefits
You will be offered a 12-month contract (possible extension) on an excellent hourly rate and the ability to negotiate a flexible working arrangement after an initial induction period.
