About the Role
This role sits within the customer domain, shaping architecture across complex customer ecosystems and downstream systems. You will define current state architectures, lead future and target state direction, and develop roadmaps that align strategic vision with practical delivery. Working across IT, customer experience, and delivery teams, you will drive clear architecture decisions and represent the customer domain within governance forums and control groups.
About You
- Proven experience defining current, future and target state architectures within complex customer ecosystems
- Strong capability in developing and communicating architecture roadmaps and strategic direction
- Confident working with Solution Architects, Enterprise Architects, and multi-disciplinary IT teams
- Trusted stakeholder able to partner with Customer Experience leaders and translate business needs into architecture outcomes
- Experience collaborating with Program and Project Managers on solution direction, selection, and onboarding
- Comfortable representing architecture decisions in governance forums and project control groups
- Actively contributes to architecture practice through documentation, knowledge sharing, and maintenance of enterprise architecture artefacts
