About the Role
We are seeking a Document Controller to join a high-performing Program Management Office on a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will support the effective management of project and contract documentation across complex capital works programs. You'll play a critical part in maintaining structured, compliant and accessible records and ensuring key project teams have the information they need, when they need it.
Key responsibilities include:

Managing the organisation and electronic storage of project and contract documents

Implementing and maintaining document control systems, version control, and access permissions

Coordinating document reviews, approvals, and timely distribution across internal teams and external contractors

Supporting users of the Document Management System through training and guidance
-
Ensuring compliance with relevant standards, procedures, and best practices
-
Contributing to the efficiency and consistency of documentation across multiple projects
About You
You will bring:
-
2+ years of experience in document control, records management or similar roles
-
Strong working knowledge of document management systems (e.g. TeamBinder, InEight, Aconex)

Exceptional attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to manage competing priorities

Solid communication and stakeholder engagement skills
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to work both independently and in a team
Desirable:
-
Qualifications in Information Management, Business Administration or a related field

Exposure to ISO9001 quality systems and procedures

Certifications in records or information management (e.g. CIP, CRM)
