Reporting to the Executive Director, Integrity, Risk and Resilience (IRR), the Director, Scheme Integrity will be a key member of the IRR unit. This role will be responsible for leading investigations teams targeting Employer, Worker and Provider Fraud across our Scheme. Furthermore, this Director will provide strategic advice and investigative expertise to key stakeholders to enhance the detection and disruption of fraud across the Scheme.

A key influential role, operating within a multifaceted and ever-changing setting, this role demands the ability to anticipate and address evolving challenges and opportunities. Its primary responsibility lies in furnishing forward-thinking, inventive, and creating an impact, facilitating senior management's informed decision-making to mitigate scheme fraud, leakage and loss.

To be successful in this role, you will ideally be in a leadership role, particularly in large and complex operational businesses involving investigation teams. The successful candidate will excel in driving large-scale operational and cultural change programs and have extensive experience in managing investigators and enforcement outcomes. In addition to this, you will have a demonstrated history in fraud investigations or related roles with a strong knowledge of the best practice in contemporary fraud prevention strategies. You will thrive in high-pressure environments and be able to demonstrate adept negotiation skills for resource acquisition. Furthermore, the candidate will possess highly sophisticated stakeholder relationship management skills, particularly in handling complex and sensitive issues affecting multiple tiers.
