You are a commercially astute and highly credible executive with deep experience leading complex infrastructure contracts, commercial negotiations and project delivery in large scale capital environments such as energy, transport, rail, mining, oil & gas and major infrastructure. You will bring proven experience delivering multi-billion-dollar commercial deals end-to-end, with strong expertise in PPP transactions, concession models, project finance and collaborative contracting frameworks. Combining strong commercial acumen with deep knowledge of project controls, governance, risk and whole-of-life delivery, they are adept at providing oversight across procurement, negotiation, construction and execution phases. Highly regarded for your enterprise leadership and ability to influence key stakeholders, you build trusted relationships across executive, government, financial and delivery stakeholders while driving performance within complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
This is a rare opportunity to help shape the commercial delivery of one of Victoria’s most important infrastructure and energy transformation agendas. You will work on nation-shaping projects, influence major investment outcomes, and contribute directly to the long-term reliability, sustainability and affordability of energy infrastructure across Victoria.
