About the Client
All Saints Anglican School is one of Queensland's leading independent Anglican schools, providing exceptional education to more than 1,900 students on the Gold Coast.
As the School enters an exciting new phase of growth through Blueprint 2026+, an outstanding opportunity exists for an accomplished, commercially astute and forward-thinking executive to join the Executive Leadership Team as Director of Business and Operations.
Reporting directly to the Principal, this is far more than a traditional business management role. It is a strategic leadership position that will influence the future direction of the School while leading operational excellence across a diverse portfolio.
The Opportunity
As the Principal's trusted business partner, you will provide executive leadership across finance, human resources, enrolments, marketing and community engagement, technology, facilities and property.
You will bring together a high-performing team, strengthen collaboration across the School and help create an environment where outstanding educational outcomes are supported by exceptional operational capability.
With significant strategic initiatives underway, you will also play a key role in areas including:
- Strategic financial planning and governance
- Capital works and master planning
- Operational transformation and systems improvement
- Commercial development and revenue diversification
- Community partnerships and philanthropy
- Executive reporting to School Council

You are an accomplished executive leader who enjoys bringing people together and creating clarity from complexity.
You combine commercial acumen with genuine warmth, credibility and the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of an organisation.

- A collaborative leadership style that builds trust, accountability and high performance
- Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on, practical approach
- Experience working with Boards, Councils or governance committees will be highly regarded.
