Our client is a values-driven not for profit organisation investing in a significant digital transformation program designed to modernise its online presence and improve the experience of its members and stakeholders. With multiple web platforms in scope, they are looking for a capable web and digital specialist to help deliver new sites, improve existing digital services, and support a smooth transition to a new web environments.
About the Role
This is a broad web delivery role suited to someone who enjoys working across website builds, content migration, optimisation, and stakeholder engagement. You will play an important part in delivering high-quality digital experiences and ensuring new platforms are practical, scalable, and user centred.
- Assist with the rollout and enhancement of multiple websites and digital platforms
- Manage content migration tasks, including content structuring, templates, reusable components, and tagging
- Apply best practice across accessibility, SEO, UX, responsive design, site performance, and governance
- Support user testing, QA, and launch preparation to ensure smooth go-live outcomes
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to support continuous platform improvement.
About You
You will be an experienced web or digital professional who can balance practical delivery with stakeholder collaboration. This role will suit someone who is comfortable working across CMS-driven websites, platform improvements, and digital project delivery in a fast-moving environment.
- Proven experience delivering websites or digital projects from planning through to launch
- Strong CMS and content migration experience
- Solid understanding of accessibility, usability, SEO, analytics, and modern web best practice
- Confident communicator with the ability to work across cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Desirable experience across platform optimisation, multi-site delivery, and structured project methodologies such as agile or waterfall
