Digital Training Lead

Help drive the successful adoption of a major digital transformation program.

We are seeking an engaging and adaptable Digital Training Lead to support the rollout of a new CRM and Accreditation Platform. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will play a key role in helping staff, contractors and clients build confidence in new systems and processes.

This is a hands-on role that combines training delivery, stakeholder engagement and user support. You'll quickly develop expertise in the platforms, deliver training across diverse audiences and help drive positive adoption outcomes throughout the implementation journey.

What you'll be doing

  • Deliver engaging training sessions to staff, contractors and external stakeholders
  • Support users through change and system adoption
  • Respond to user enquiries and provide practical guidance
  • Partner closely with IT and Quality teams throughout the rollout
  • Continuously refine training materials as systems evolve
  • Promote the benefits and value of the new platforms to users

About you

  • Experience delivering systems, technology or digital platform training
  • Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly and explain complex concepts simply
  • Experience supporting users through change and transformation initiatives
  • Confident, personable and highly adaptable communication style
  • Previous experience in digital transformation, software implementation or customer onboarding environments will be highly regarded
