Digital Program Manager
Contract until 30 September 2025
Location:
Geelong, 3 days in-office, 2 days remote
We are seeking a Digital Program Manager to lead and deliver large-scale digital transformation initiatives across people, process, technology, and data domains. The role involves managing programs from business casing through to implementation, aligning with broader enterprise transformation goals. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, vendors, and platform teams to ensure effective delivery, governance, and integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive digital platform programs from inception through delivery
- Manage contracts, procurement, and vendor engagement
- Build and support high-performing teams
- Align transformation capabilities and coordinate cross-program efforts
This is a strategic leadership role for an experienced program manager who thrives in complex digital environments.
