The Role
As a
Digital Performance & Improvement Lead, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of the organisation’s enterprise-wide digital strategic review and driving key transformation initiatives.
Your other responsibilities will include:
- Managing the uplift of enterprise performance reporting frameworks, including dashboards, KPIs, and analytics tools.
- Designing and implementing the “Get Out of Our Own Way (GoW)” business efficiency program to optimise processes, reduce waste, and enhance service delivery.
- Providing strategic advice to senior leadership on digital transformation, performance management, and business improvement initiatives.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of digital strategy with broader business processes and organisational goals.
- Overseeing the enhancement of reporting frameworks and tools to improve transparency, accountability, and insights.
About You
In order to be a successful applicant you will bring strong leadership, analytical thinking, and a strategic mindset to drive change and performance across the business.
You will also have:
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex change initiatives.
- Qualifications and/or experience in project management, ideally complemented by Agile Scrum and/or Lean methodologies.
- Strong experience in organisational change management and stakeholder engagement at senior levels.
- Demonstrated success implementing strategy and digital transformation at scale.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and present effectively to executives and board audiences.
- High-level written and analytical skills, including the ability to prepare professional and technical reports.
