The Opportunity
This is a strong opportunity for a DevOps Engineer to join a major transformation environment where modern Microsoft technologies are being used to reduce legacy risk, improve business outcomes, and lift customer experience. You’ll support cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, automation, and secure platform delivery across a complex enterprise landscape, with a particular focus on Azure, Terraform, Azure DevOps, and Microsoft business platforms including Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
The Role
In this role, you will play a hands-on part in building, supporting, and improving secure cloud and deployment capability across a complex environment.
- Support and maintain core business functionality across the D365 environment
- Build and manage Azure infrastructure across networking, compute, storage, identity, and gateway services
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps using YAML templates and release controls
- Provision infrastructure using Terraform, including reusable modules, remote state, and resource migration from manual environments
- Improve monitoring, reliability, security, and operational performance across production systems
- Work closely with vendors, architecture, security, network, and delivery teams to ensure fit-for-purpose solutions
About You
You’ll bring strong Azure DevOps capability, solid engineering discipline, and enough maturity to work across both technical delivery and stakeholder engagement.
- Demonstrated experience in DevOps practices and Azure Pipelines
- Strong Azure experience across VNet, NSG, Private Endpoints, VPN/ExpressRoute, VMs, App Services, Functions, Entra ID, and API Management
- Hands-on Terraform capability for infrastructure as code, state management, reusable modules, and controlled migration from ClickOps
- Experience supporting Microsoft platform deployments across D365, Power Platform, Key Vault, Logic Apps, Service Bus/Event Grid, and App Services
- Strong understanding of DevOps security, including secrets management, pipeline hardening, Git workflows, and change governance
- Strong communication, consultation, and stakeholder engagement skills in complex project environments
