About the Role
As the Development & Integration Lead, you will:
- Lead the design, development, and governance of integration services, application development, and workflow automation platforms.
- Champion modern application development, Agile practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and accelerate delivery.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of integration solutions and development pipelines to ensure reliability, scalability, and seamless interoperability.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of software engineers and integration developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Partner with stakeholders across the organisation to align digital solutions with strategic objectives and ensure value creation.
- Introduce and refine processes, frameworks, and operating models to enhance service ownership, scalability, and operational excellence.
About You
- Demonstrated experience in leading technology teams and establishing new capabilities, with a focus on building and developing high-performing teams.
- Proven experience across modern development and integration technologies, including cloud platforms and AI-driven tools.
- Strong technical and architectural knowledge of integration patterns, software development practices, and modern application frameworks.
- Experience in the Microsoft tech stack, including Azure, .NET, C#, JavaScript and Python (advantageous)
- Proven ability to embed modern engineering practices (Agile, CI/CD, DevSecOps) and drive digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience in designing and embedding frameworks, processes, and governance structures to enable scalable and efficient delivery.
