We’re seeking an experienced Delivery Executive to join our Melbourne team and play a key leadership role in shaping and delivering client success across a range of industry sectors. This role blends strategic delivery oversight, strong client engagement, and hands-on project leadership to ensure we deliver measurable impact.
You’ll lead end-to-end engagements, define fit-for-purpose solutions, select and build teams, and take ownership of solving business, project, and operational problems. You’ll also foster trusted relationships with executive stakeholders, drive innovation across the practice, and lead transformation using AI and emerging technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with business and technology executives across industries — with a preference for government and utilities.
- Define and deliver tailored solutions aligned to client needs and strategic goals.
- Select, structure, and manage high-performing consulting teams for each engagement.
- Take ownership of resolving business, project, and operational problems in real-time delivery environments.
- Oversee complex consulting and technology projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and measurable impact.
- Act as the primary delivery lead for key accounts, identifying opportunities for further value creation.
- Foster a client-centric culture and collaborate internally to deliver high-impact, AI-driven transformation programs.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, delivery frameworks, and capability scaling across the practice.
About You
With 10+ years in consulting and delivery leadership, you bring experience leading transformation initiatives across a variety of sectors, ideally including government and utilities.
- A proven track record of defining solutions, selecting and building capable delivery teams, and resolving complex business, project, and operational issues.
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale, cross-functional engagements in a consulting context.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability in dynamic, high-stakes environments.
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience delivering AI-enabled and commercially accountable transformation programs.
- A growth mindset focused on innovation, team development, and sustainable delivery excellence.
