About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Delivery Executive – Banking
to join our Melbourne team and play a key leadership role in shaping and delivering client success. This role blends strategic delivery oversight, strong client engagement, and hands-on project leadership to ensure we deliver measurable impact for our financial services clients.
You’ll lead end-to-end engagements, strengthen trusted relationships with executive stakeholders, build and develop high-performing consulting teams, and help drive innovation across the practice. With a focus on business outcomes, you’ll help our clients navigate complex transformation using AI and emerging technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with business and technology executives across financial services clients.
- Oversee delivery of complex consulting and technology projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment to client goals.
- Act as the primary delivery lead for key accounts, driving value and identifying new opportunities for growth.
- Foster a client-centric culture and collaborate with internal leaders to deliver high-impact, AI-driven solutions.
- Lead, coach, and inspire cross-functional consulting teams to deliver excellence and grow capability.
- Support practice growth by contributing to continuous improvement, delivery frameworks, and scalable ways of working.
About You
With 10+ years in consulting or delivery leadership, you bring deep experience working with financial services clients and driving outcomes across AI and technology initiatives.
You also bring:
- A proven track record managing large-scale delivery and multi-disciplinary teams in a consulting environment
- Strong understanding of Banking and how to align technology strategy to business priorities
- Confident, executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Specialist expertise in Financial Services, focusing on Digital Transformation, Program Delivery across business and technology and commercial accountability.
- A growth mindset, focused on innovation, talent development and continuous improvement
- 8 - 12 years in Technical Deliver and / or Consulting
- Proven experience across cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), platforms (Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft), and/or legacy-modernisation programs
- Experience in shaping delivery approaches in pre-sales, contribute to bid responses, and conduct client discovery

Certifications & Frameworks
- PMP / PRINCE2 / AgilePM / SAFe Agilist / Scrum Master certification (required)
- Cloud certifications (AWS/GCP/Azure Foundations or Architect Associate) desirable
- Knowledge of ITIL, TOGAF or architecture frameworks a plus
