About the Role
Seeking a Data Migration Analyst to support a critical enterprise system transformation, delivering end-to-end data migration across finance, payroll, and HR systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own data migration activities including data discovery, mapping, extraction, transformation, and loading
- Develop and maintain source-to-target mappings and data transformation rules
- Perform data cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance
- Identify and resolve data issues including duplicates, inconsistencies, and gaps
- Support testing cycles including migration rehearsals, UAT, and post-migration validation
- Provide migration status reporting, highlighting risks and progress
About You
- Experience delivering end-to-end data migration in complex environments
- Advanced skills in Excel, SQL, and data transformation tools
- Experience working with ERP, payroll, finance, or HR systems
- Experience with Oracle and/or SAP SuccessFactors will be highly regarded
- Solid understanding of data governance, quality, and validation processes
