About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Solution Architect to join a major enterprise transformation program within a government service environment.
The role is focused on designing and delivering scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure technologies. You will play a key role across the full delivery lifecycle, from discovery through to implementation and optimisation.
You will work closely with enterprise architects, program leadership, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure solutions are aligned to strategic objectives and delivered with strong governance and technical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture using Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure.
- Design integration strategies, data models, and scalable enterprise solutions.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and oversight of development teams.
- Engage stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Oversee configuration and customization of Dynamics 365 modules.
- Design and implement integrations using APIs, Azure services, and integration patterns.
- Develop Power Platform solutions including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Ensure adherence to architecture standards, security, and best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years’ experience in enterprise application delivery.
- 7+ years’ experience as a Dynamics 365 Solution Architect.
- Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, and related modules).
- Advanced knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).
- Strong Azure integration experience (Logic Apps, Functions, DevOps, CI/CD).
- Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, REST APIs, and integration design.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, security, and cloud principles.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum/SAFe environments.
Qualifications & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform certifications (preferred).
- Solution Architect certification (preferred).
