D365 Program Lead (Architecture)
The Opportunity
This is a rare opportunity to lead architecture for a large-scale, multi-year digital transformation within the health sector. Our client is embarking on a greenfield enterprise program to modernise its platforms, implementing a unified Microsoft ecosystem across Dynamics 365, Azure, Power Platform and Fabric. This role offers genuine enterprise influence, shaping future-state architecture, establishing governance, and leading a team of architects to deliver secure, scalable and safe digital capability across multiple states.
The Role
As a Program Technical Lead you will be responsible for leading enterprise architecture governance and technical strategy across a major Digital Program.
Your other responsibilities will include:
- Owning the future-state architecture and technical roadmap aligned to business and service delivery strategy
- Leading and mentoring a team of enterprise and solution architects across applications, data, integration and security domains
- Establishing and chairing Design Authority and architecture governance forums
- Overseeing enterprise solution design across the Microsoft ecosystem including Dynamics 365, Azure, Power Platform and Fabric
- Acting as the key bridge between architecture teams, program leadership, clinical stakeholders and executive decision-makers
- Providing architectural assurance, risk oversight and vendor engagement across a multi-state operating model
About You
In order to be a successful applicant you will bring extensive enterprise architecture leadership experience within complex transformation environments.
You will also have:
- Extensive IT experience, including time as a Chief, Head of, Principal, Lead or Enterprise Architect
- Strong expertise across the Microsoft ecosystem, with proven experience in Dynamics 365 (CE essential)
- Demonstrated experience leading and managing architecture teams in large, federated environments
- Enterprise governance experience (TOGAF or equivalent highly regarded)
- Experience within healthcare, aged care or similarly regulated sectors
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence at executive and board level
