12-Month Fixed-Term Contract | Sydney or Melbourne Preferred | Up to 24 Months Project Scope
Davidson is partnering exclusively with a leading healthcare provider undergoing a large-scale digital transformation. As part of this journey, they are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant to join their team.
This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact projects that improve customer and patient engagement across the healthcare network. While ideally based in Sydney or Melbourne, remote work from other Australian locations will be considered for the right candidate.
About the Role
You will lead the implementation and optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions, working closely with business and technical stakeholders. This is a hands-on role, suited to a candidate who is confident across the project lifecycle and passionate about delivering tangible business value.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering end-to-end Dynamics 365 CE implementations across Sales, Service, and Marketing
- Facilitating workshops to capture and translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Configuring and customising CE solutions to align with operational needs
- Collaborating with developers and architects on integrations and technical delivery
- Supporting testing, training, go-live, and post-implementation activities
About You
You’ll bring a strong functional background in Dynamics 365 CE and a solid understanding of how CRM solutions drive engagement, efficiency, and results in complex environments.
To be successful, you will have:
- 6+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE
- Demonstrated success delivering CRM projects from scoping through to support
- Strong understanding of Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
- Ability to work with stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., MB-210, MB-220, PL-200) preferred
