The Role:
Join a transformative digital health initiative as a Business Analyst, working on a large-scale CRM upgrade for a state-wide healthcare platform. Reporting to the Manager, Medical Delivery Systems, you’ll support the delivery of strategic enhancements aligned with the organisation’s Digital Roadmap.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine business requirements
- Translate requirements into user stories ready for Dynamics 365 / Power Platform builds
- Design process flows and ensure clear, accessible documentation
- Liaise with architects, developers, and testers for seamless delivery
- Conduct smoke testing and support training for end users
- Manage sprint boards, dashboards, and lifecycle of user stories
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in complex ICT environments
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Solid understanding of Dynamics 365, Power Platform & Power Automate
- Working knowledge of BABOK and Agile delivery frameworks
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- CBAP certification highly regarded
