About the Company
This is a fantastic opportunity to support a high-profile cyber security program of work, assisting an experienced Cyber Security Project Manager across a range of planning and delivery initiatives. You’ll play a critical role in gathering requirements, developing business cases, facilitating stakeholder engagement, and supporting the implementation of key cyber security solutions. This is a hybrid role requiring at least one day per week on-site, with flexibility for meetings and relationship-building.
About the Role
You’ll work closely with IT, business and cyber teams to bring clarity and momentum to a complex cyber security initiative.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture and document cyber security requirements
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to elicit and refine business needs
- Draft business cases, functional specs, process maps, and user stories
- Support the evaluation and implementation of cybersecurity tools and platforms
- Manage requirements lifecycle, change control, and documentation traceability
- Contribute to UAT planning, testing, and defect triage
About You
We’re looking for a technically minded BA with a strong grasp of cyber security and stakeholder engagement.
- Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst, with strong exposure in cyber security projects
- Solid understanding of security frameworks, risk, compliance, and threat mitigation
- Confident in tools and techniques for BA documentation and facilitation
- Able to translate complex technical needs into clear business requirements
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Relevant certifications (e.g. CBAP, CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+) highly regarded
