About the Role
As a Cyber Security Analyst, you'll play a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting cyber security controls across IT and Operational Technology (OT) environments. Working closely with infrastructure and technology teams, you'll help protect critical systems, improve cyber resilience, and support the delivery of secure business operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing security controls across enterprise environments
- Managing and supporting technologies including firewalls, IAM, EDR, SASE and encryption
- Conducting vulnerability assessments and supporting risk remediation activities
- Assisting with incident response and cyber security investigations
- Driving security automation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to embed security best practices across technology projects
- Supporting compliance with recognised cyber security frameworks and industry standards
About You
You'll be a hands-on cyber security professional who enjoys solving technical challenges and working across a broad range of security technologies. You have strong infrastructure security knowledge and are passionate about improving cyber maturity within complex environments.
You'll ideally bring:
- Experience in Cyber Security, Security Engineering or Infrastructure Security roles
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, cloud platforms and enterprise security tooling
- Experience with technologies such as firewalls, EDR, IAM, SASE or vulnerability management solutions
- Exposure to cyber security frameworks such as Essential Eight, NIST or ISO-based standards
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience working within operational technology (OT), manufacturing, industrial or critical infrastructure environments will be highly regarded.
