About the Role

Commencing ASAP and running through to the end of October, this role is centred around delivering high-quality customer service and effective customer resolution for families beginning their early learning journey.

You’ll be the first point of contact and trusted problem-solver, working within a supportive, high-performing team to:

  • Manage inbound enquiries via phone, email, and web chat
  • Resolve customer enquiries efficiently using multiple systems and a comprehensive support directory
  • Provide empathetic, solution-focused support to families, including answering questions and booking centre tours
  • Recommend alternative options when preferred centres are unavailable, ensuring positive outcomes for every family
  • Clearly explain programs, availability, and facilities to support informed decision-making

    Hours are Monday to Friday between 7am and 5:30pm, with no weekend work.




    About You

    This role suits someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and is confident managing customer enquiries from start to resolution. You will bring:
  • Strong customer service and customer resolution skills
  • Confidence handling enquiries, objections, and emotionally driven conversations
  • Clear, professional communication and the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Strong system navigation skills and attention to detail
  • A Blue Card, or willingness to obtain one
  • Experience in call centres, childcare, aged care, or other customer-focused environments (advantageous but not essential)
