About the Role
This is not your average customer service role. We are looking for a highly organised, people-focused Client Support Officer to join the team on an immediate start contract opportunity, with strong potential for permanency for the right person.
You’ll be at the heart of the operation, acting as the go-to person for clients, families and stakeholders, helping ensure services continue running smoothly and people receive the support they need. No two days will look the same, making this the perfect role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and genuinely enjoys helping people.
You’ll manage a high volume of inbound calls and emails, support the rostering team with scheduling-related enquiries, problem-solve in real time, and build strong relationships with clients who rely on the service. This is the type of role where your ability to stay calm, communicate clearly and think on your feet will make a real impact.

About You

- Rostering or scheduling experience is highly regarded but not essential
