About the Role
As a Customer Service Specialist within a commercial lending operations team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end processing of loan applications in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing commercial loan applications from preparation through to settlement
- Managing a high-volume workload with strict turnaround timeframes
- Handling internal stakeholder and customer enquiries
- Investigating discrepancies and resolving issues
- Completing reconciliations and general administrative tasks
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement
- Ensuring compliance with risk and operational standards
About You
You are detail-oriented and thrive in structured, process-driven environments, with a strong focus on accuracy and delivery.
You will bring:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume work
- Experience in customer service, administration, or banking environments
- Confidence working autonomously and within a team
