About the Role

As a Customer Service Specialist within a commercial lending operations team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end processing of loan applications in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing commercial loan applications from preparation through to settlement
  • Managing a high-volume workload with strict turnaround timeframes
  • Handling internal stakeholder and customer enquiries
  • Investigating discrepancies and resolving issues
  • Completing reconciliations and general administrative tasks
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement
  • Ensuring compliance with risk and operational standards


About You

You are detail-oriented and thrive in structured, process-driven environments, with a strong focus on accuracy and delivery.

You will bring:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume work
  • Experience in customer service, administration, or banking environments
  • Confidence working autonomously and within a team
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines
