Hours:
8:00am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday
Bonus:
12:00pm finish every second Friday!
About the Role
As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for customers and play a key role in ensuring smooth, positive interactions. Your day will include:
- Responding to incoming calls and assisting with customer account enquiries
- Making outbound calls as required to follow up on customer matters
- Managing and responding to email enquiries
- Coordinating service connections and disconnections
- Processing customer payments
- Liaising with billing and debt collection teams to resolve issues
- Supporting customers in accessing financial assistance programs
About You
You’re someone who brings professionalism, clarity and warmth to every interaction. You will also have:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate MS Excel skills
- A proactive attitude and a commitment to reliability and punctuality
- A preference for casual workplace environments where teamwork matters
Private transport is recommended for this location, with both on‑street and on‑site parking available.
