About the Role
This short-term opportunity will see you as the first point of contact for customers with invoice enquiries. You’ll handle calls professionally, record all relevant details, and liaise with the finance team to ensure issues are addressed promptly. You’ll also provide ad-hoc administrative support as needed—think data entry, document updates, and keeping things organised.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from customers regarding invoice queries
- Accurately log enquiry details for follow-up by the finance team
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry
- Maintain a helpful, professional, and efficient service approach
About You
- Confident communicator with a clear and friendly phone manner
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording information
- Able to pick things up quickly
- Previous experience in customer service and finance administration will be highly regarded
