About the Role
Starting in October and running through to the end of March, this role is all about being the welcoming voice and trusted guide for families starting their early learning journey.
You’ll be part of a supportive, high-performing team that:
- Responds to enquiries across phone, email, and web chat.
- Uses a comprehensive support directory and multiple systems to find solutions fast.
- Provides empathetic guidance to families, answering questions and booking centre tours.
- Recommends tailored options when preferred centres are unavailable, ensuring every family feels supported.
- Shares detailed knowledge of programs and facilities to help parents make informed decisions.
Hours:
Monday to Friday between 7am and 5:30pm (no weekend work).
About You
We’re looking for people who love helping others and thrive in busy, people-focused environments. You’ll bring:
- A Blue Card (or willingness to obtain one).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Confidence in navigating multiple systems and databases.
- The ability to build rapport quickly and resolve enquiries with care and empathy.
- Experience in childcare, aged care, call centres, or other service industries (advantageous but not essential).
- Availability across the Christmas period.
