About the Role
As a Customer Care Consultant, you will be part of a newly created in-house function focused on managing and resolving a wide range of customer service enquiries. You’ll act as a first and ongoing point of contact across multiple communication channels and help deliver a seamless customer experience.

About You

  • Handle customer enquiries end-to-end across phone, email, SMS, webchat, and social platforms
  • Triage, diagnose, and resolve issues relating to connections, disconnections, outages, vegetation, billing, and general service
  • Meet individual and team SLA and quality metrics
  • Maintain accurate records across multiple systems including Salesforce and SAP
  • Communicate clearly and empathetically, especially with vulnerable customers
  • Support internal case transfers and claims handling, including emergency situations
  • Participate in cross-training to support a multiskilled care team
  • Assist in improving internal service processes by identifying inefficiencies and raising ideas
