About the Role
This is a 12-month contract role
offering a blend of in-office and remote work. As a Customer Care Consultant, you’ll handle enquiries, process orders, and ensure timely and accurate support for customers. It’s an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment and enjoys being part of a collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer calls and emails, resolving enquiries with professionalism and care
- Process customer orders, including free and bonus stock allocations
- Make proactive outbound calls to update customers on orders, stock, or account info
- Set up new customer accounts and manage data accuracy using SAP ERP
- Troubleshoot issues, track resolutions, and follow up to ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to support end-to-end customer service delivery
- Maintain compliance documentation and contribute to internal audits and reporting
- Support adherence to quality, pharmacovigilance, and EHS standards
About You
- Experience in a customer service, contact centre, or order processing role
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple systems (SAP preferred)
- Clear and professional communicator—both written and verbal
- Friendly, solutions-focused, and comfortable working with urgency
- Able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
