ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Office Manager
to oversee workplace operations and ensure a seamless, high-quality office environment. This role is fully onsite and plays a critical part in supporting daily business operations, employee experience, and facilities management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end office operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day workplace functionality
- Oversee facilities services including maintenance, housekeeping, security, and vendor coordination
- Drive workplace health & safety compliance and support audit readiness
- Manage office supplies, catering, events, and employee engagement initiatives
- Act as the primary point of contact for workplace services and site-related queries
- Coordinate onboarding, inductions, and support employee lifecycle activities
- Maintain documentation, reporting, and SharePoint repositories
- Support sustainability initiatives including waste management and environmental reporting
- Manage vendor relationships, procurement processes, and site budgets
- Ensure security access management, visitor systems, and compliance standards are upheld
About You:
- Strong experience in office/workplace/facilities management
- Highly organised with excellent stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing vendors, procurement, and workplace operations
- Knowledge of WHS, compliance, and audit processes
- Confident working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment
- Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
