Front Office Administrator – Corporate Workplace Services


JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Front Office Administrator to support a dynamic corporate workplace environment based at Glebe Island. This role sits within a broader Corporate Real Estate & Services (CRES) function and plays a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office.

As the first point of contact, you will create a welcoming and professional experience for visitors while supporting a range of administrative, facilities, and event coordination activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist visitors, including managing check-ins via visitor management systems
  • Coordinate office supplies, including stationery, kitchen items, and catering requirements
  • Manage access and security passes for staff and visitors
  • Arrange domestic and international couriers and oversee mail distribution
  • Support office operations including deliveries, stock management, and meeting room upkeep
  • Assist in organising and coordinating office events, workshops, and bookings
  • Act as a point of contact for general enquiries and provide administrative support as required
  • Maintain safety, compliance, and security protocols (including First Aid and Fire Warden responsibilities)
  • Support reporting and administrative processes (including time tracking, invoicing, and data updates)
  • Assist with broader team initiatives and ad hoc project work

Key Skills & Experience

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Previous experience in a corporate office environment is advantageous but not essential
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
