About the Role
This is a
short-term 5-week contract
suited to a polished and experienced Corporate Receptionist
who thrives in front-of-house roles. You will be the first point of contact for guests and clients—managing a busy reception desk while keeping day-to-day office operations running smoothly.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing reception duties including phone handling, visitor sign-ins, and providing a welcoming presence
- Coordinating meeting room bookings and ensuring spaces are well presented
- Organising catering and managing couriers, mail, and deliveries
- Providing light administrative support to internal teams as required
About You
You bring a warm, professional demeanour and pride yourself on creating positive first impressions. You’re confident handling a busy reception desk, managing multiple priorities, and providing top-tier service to both internal stakeholders and external visitors.
To be successful, you’ll have:
- Experience in a corporate reception or front-of-house role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- A proactive attitude and polished presentation
- Full working rights in Australia
