About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a Contracts and Procurement Administrator to join a supportive procurement team on an initial six-month contract, with the potential for extension.

Working closely with procurement specialists and stakeholders across the business, you will provide guidance on procurement processes while supporting the team with day-to-day administrative and coordination activities.




Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing basic advice to managers across the organisation on procurement processes and requirements
  • Supporting the procurement team with administrative tasks related to sourcing and contract management activities
  • Assisting with the coordination and documentation of procurement activities
  • Taking meeting minutes and tracking actions for major procurement or project meetings
  • Supporting smaller procurement activities and potentially leading low-risk procurement projects
  • Maintaining procurement records, documentation and registers to ensure compliance and audit readiness

About You

You are an organised and proactive administrator who enjoys supporting teams and helping stakeholders navigate structured processes. You have strong attention to detail and are comfortable working in environments where governance and documentation matter.




You will ideally bring:

  • Experience in procurement, contracts administration, project administration or a similar governance-focused administrative role
  • A basic understanding of procurement processes, policies or frameworks
  • Strong organisational and documentation skills, including the ability to take clear and accurate meeting minutes
  • Confidence liaising with stakeholders across different areas of a business
  • Excellent written communication and attention to detail
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook

Experience within government, government-owned corporations or regulated environments will be highly regarded.
