Davidson is partnering with a highly regarded client in the financial services sector to recruit a Consultant – Employer Services (Superannuation).

Multiple 4-6 month contracts positions available with possibibilty of extension.
About the Role
As the Consultant, you will provide timely, accurate and professional support to business clients using digital business tools and employer payment services.
You will be responsible for triaging and prioritising support requests, managing cases through to completion, supporting onboarding activities and working closely with internal teams and external service providers to ensure issues are resolved within agreed service levels.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing dedicated phone and email support for service issues, onboarding queries and employer payments administration
- Triaging, prioritising and case managing support requests through to accurate completion
- Liaising with external service providers to resolve business client issues in line with agreed SLAs
- Reviewing clearinghouse file submissions and ensuring mandatory data fields are captured accurately
- Supporting the onboarding of new business clients, ensuring administration tasks are completed on time
- Assisting with scalable payments education and training across business cohorts
- Maintaining accurate records, file notes, correspondence and case management updates
- Identifying key service themes and opportunities to improve the client experience
- Escalating complex issues, complaints or service failures where required
- Ensuring compliance with relevant business rules, policies, processes and legislative requirements
About You
You will bring:
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated experience delivering high-quality customer or business support
- Experience working with payments, digital platforms, business tools or service provider ecosystems
- Strong case management skills and the ability to follow issues through to resolution
- The ability to work under pressure while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong collaboration skills, with confidence working across internal teams and external providers
- Moderate reporting and analytical capability
- A proactive mindset, natural curiosity and willingness to learn new systems, products and processes
- RG146 qualification
Highly regarded experience includes:
- Superannuation industry knowledge
- Understanding of clearinghouses, gateways, digital service providers or payroll systems
- Experience supporting business customers across payments, compliance or digital service environments
