About the Role

The Construction Manager will be responsible for managing the planning, budgeting and implementation of new and existing renewable energy projects involving power stations, generators, renewable hybrids, batteries and equipment manufacturing.

Specific accountabilities include:

· Lead the delivery of new projects involving flaring, LFGE and battery system upgrades ensuring they meet the approved scope, schedule and budget.

· Develop, maintain and communicate a rolling plan for delivery of committed flaring, LFGE and battery system projects to internal and external stakeholders.

· Develop, maintain and communicate rolling capex budget for delivery of committed flaring, LFGE and battery system projects to key internal stakeholders.

· Mentoring and development of Delivery team members, ensuring regular and quality communication around the team is maintained, setting clear expectations and standards for behaviour, initiating mentoring and professional development as needed

This role is based in Brisbane with some interstate travel required.

About you

To be considered for this unique career opportunity, it is preferrable you possess:

· A relevant engineering, construction or trade qualification

· Proven experience leading and mentoring multi-disciplinary construction and delivery teams

· Exceptional ability to manage time, cost, schedules, and resources for construction projects

· A strong commitment to health and safety

· Ability to travel interstate

· Understanding of and passion for emerging technologies in clean energy
