About the Role
We have multiple contract opportunities available for both junior and senior Property Managers to join a collaborative and purpose-led Strategic Portfolio Management team. These roles offer the chance to manage a mix of owned and leased assets, supporting critical services across the organisation.
With an urgent need for support, we’re seeking candidates who can start immediately. These are temp-to-perm opportunities, with long-term placement possible based on performance and fit. Full-time is preferred, though part-time may be considered for highly experienced professionals.
You’ll be working within a property function of approximately 16 people, reporting to a supportive Portfolio Manager and engaging with a range of stakeholders across the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering strategic and operational property management services across a varied portfolio
- Managing leases, rental roll, budgets, and property-related reporting
- Supporting system upgrades and process improvements
- Engaging with internal teams and external stakeholders including tenants, consultants, and legal advisors
- Coordinating fit-outs, relocations, decommissions, and ongoing asset management
- Using property management systems (experience with MRI or similar highly regarded)
About You
We are seeking candidates at both junior and senior levels who bring:
- Experience in commercial or community property management
- Strong understanding of relevant QLD/NT property legislation and compliance
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and organisational skills
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, values-driven environment
- Relevant qualifications in Property, Real Estate or a related field
