ABOUT THE ROLE

As Contract Manager, you will join the Commercial and Finance team and play a key role in developing, negotiating, and managing major contracts across Iberdrola’s Australian Networks business. You will oversee contracts end-to-end, from tender and negotiation through execution and lifecycle management, supporting large-scale transmission and renewable projects.

Key responsibilities include:

· Managing contract negotiations, variations, claims, EOTs, and disputes

· Supporting bids, tenders, and due diligence for major infrastructure projects

· Assessing contractual risks and opportunities and reporting project status to leadership

· Regularly report on the contractual status of projects to management

· Partnering with internal and external stakeholders to resolve commercial and contractual matters

We’re looking for someone who can navigate ambiguity, make sound decisions at pace, and operate autonomously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and stakeholder alignment. Your ability to lead your portfolio end-to-end — from strategy through to execution — will be critical to your success.

You will ideally have:

· 5+ years’ experience in contract management or administration

· Previous experience managing large scale infrastructure projects with a high CAPEX value ($1bn+ AUD)

· Demonstrable project portfolio management experience across projects in different stages of development, delivery and bid

· Strong commercial, legal, and stakeholder management capability
