The Opportunity
This is a Brisbane-based contract opportunity for an AWS Connect Administrator to join a specialist cloud team delivering contact centre and public cloud solutions across a complex customer environment. You’ll work on AWS Connect initiatives that directly shape service delivery, customer experience, and platform capability, while contributing to solution design, uplift activities, and continuous improvement across secure, enterprise-scale AWS environments.
About the Role
This role sits within a public cloud product team focused on AWS service delivery and customer support.
- Administer, support, and enhance AWS Connect environments
- Deliver cloud contact centre solutions across multiple customers
- Assist with onboarding, implementation, and platform improvements
- Support solution design, workshops, and technical presentations
- Contribute to automation, cost modelling, and product collateral
- Identify risks, improvement opportunities, and remediation actions
About You
You’re a hands-on cloud specialist who understands that contact centre platforms are operationally critical, not just another AWS workload.
- Strong experience delivering enterprise AWS solutions
- Deep AWS Connect knowledge across build, admin, and support
- Experience with contact flows, Lambda, and service integrations
- Strong scripting and automation capability in Terraform, Python, and AWS CDK
- Solid understanding of IAM, security logging, and compliance in AWS
- Able to work with stakeholders, manage priorities, and communicate clearly
