About the Role
We are seeking a Client Support Officer to join the team on a permanent, full-time basis. This is a busy, fast-paced role best suited to someone who thrives in a high-volume call environment and genuinely enjoys being the person people can rely on.
You will be the first point of contact for clients, families and stakeholders, managing a large volume of inbound calls and enquiries each day. From assisting with scheduling queries to handling urgent changes and problem-solving in real time, no two days will be the same.
This role plays a critical part in supporting the rostering function and ensuring continuity of care for clients. Alongside phone-based support, you will manage shared inbox enquiries, coordinate information across teams, and provide a high level of customer service during what can sometimes be emotional or high-pressure situations.

About You
- Proven experience working in a high-volume call centre or phone-based customer service environment
- Confident handling a large number of inbound enquiries while maintaining professionalism and empathy
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Highly organised with excellent time management and attention to detail
- Ability to problem-solve, think on your feet and remain calm under pressure
- Rostering, scheduling or aged care/community services experience is highly regarded but not essential
