About the Role
We are seeking a Client Support Officer
to join the team on a permanent, full-time basis. This is a fast-paced, phone-based role where you will be the first point of contact for clients and stakeholders, managing a high volume of inbound enquiries.
You will support the rostering team by handling scheduling-related queries, ensuring continuity of service, and assisting with day-to-day coordination. You’ll also manage a shared inbox, responding to enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
While rostering experience is highly regarded, the focus is on finding someone with a strong customer service background and a confident, professional phone manner.
About You
- Strong customer service background with a polished and professional phone manner
- Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities and problem-solve effectively
- Rostering or scheduling experience is advantageous but not essential
