About the Role
As a Client Services Coordinator, you’ll be an integral part of this growing organisation, blending administrative expertise with relationship-driven care. Supporting clients and their families, you’ll ensure seamless service delivery and the highest standards of communication and documentation. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing service agreements, care plans, and essential documentation with precision.
- Building and nurturing trusted relationships with clients and their support networks.
- Coordinating service delivery while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
About You
You are an organised, detail-driven professional who thrives on creating positive experiences for others. With a strong administrative background and a passion for values-driven workplaces, you bring:
- Proven experience in administrative roles; experience in disability, aged care, or health-related sectors is highly advantageous.
- Strong relationship-building skills, ensuring client satisfaction and engagement.
- Exceptional task management capabilities, with a focus on follow-through and process improvement.
- Alignment with the organisation’s values, contributing to its mission of compassionate care and support.
- Current Blue & Yellow cards as well as First Aid and CPR highly desirable.
