About the Role
As a Client Liaison Officer, you’ll play a vital role in supporting healthcare organisations through their accreditation journey. You’ll provide exceptional service and administrative support across the full accreditation cycle—from initial registration to certification—ensuring every client receives timely, accurate, and professional communication. Your ability to juggle multiple tasks while building lasting relationships will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert phone and email support to healthcare clients and assessors
- Manage client accreditation workflows and documentation
- Deliver consistent, accurate advice on relevant standards and processes
- Maintain high-quality records and prepare accreditation reports
- Collaborate with internal teams to support business-wide service excellence
About You - Strong communication and customer service skills
- High attention to detail and a knack for managing competing priorities
- Experience in healthcare, accreditation, or administration highly regarded
- Confident using Microsoft Office Suite and working with set procedures
- Driven, organised, and genuinely passionate about improving health outcomes
The Benefits - Salary of $60,000 per annum
