The Role
This isn’t just another 360 desk. As an Account Manager in our Queensland Government team, you’ll work with major public sector clients on long-term workforce partnerships that shape outcomes across the state.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow key government accounts, delivering insights, proposals, and high-impact recruitment outcomes.
- Build trust and credibility with senior stakeholders across the public sector.
- Drive performance by identifying growth opportunities and solving complex workforce challenges.
- Lead meaningful conversations that go beyond “filling roles”—help clients shape teams, capability, and strategy.
- Collaborate across recruitment, advisory and consulting teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
About You
You're an experienced recruiter or account manager who still enjoys the craft—but wants more.

You’ll bring:
- Strong experience in recruitment, account management or professional services (public sector ideal but not essential).
- A values-led, commercially astute mindset.
- Proven success managing strategic client relationships.
- Great communication and influencing skills with a consultative style.
- Confidence with CRM systems and reporting tools to support strategic account planning.
