About the Role
We are seeking Expressions of Interest for an experienced Civil Engineer Transmission Lines to develop and deliver civil and structural engineering solutions from feasibility to detailed design on a large renewable energy project.
Reporting to the Engineering and Design Manager, this role will provide basic and detailed engineering specifications and designs for projects, innovation, technical support, advice coaching and input throughout the lifecycle of the project.
About You 
To be successful in this role you will have strong experience and qualifications in civil or structural engineering design for large electrical, high voltage and/or transmission projects, and significant knowledge of safety regulations concerning engineering and design works.
Your excellent interpersonal skills allow you to build effective working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders, resulting in exceptional performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage site investigation works and lead the technical resolution of site or construction issues
- Prepare basic and detailed civil and structural engineering specifications, designs and costs
- Tender assessment of civil design works, proposals or specifications
- Working closely with regulatory bodies to ensure regulatory compliance
- Comfortable working independently or collaboratively, managing multiple priorities, and tackling new tasks.
