With beautiful beaches, a thriving arts and cultural scene, world-class health and education precincts, and strong transport links to Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula, Frankston continues to emerge as one of Victoria’s most dynamic metropolitan centres. The role will also lead enterprise-wide transformation and continuous improvement, fostering a high-performing, values led and future focused organisation.
To be successful, you will be an accomplished executive leader with significant experience across people, governance and organisational capability within complex environments. You bring a strong track record in organisational transformation, workforce strategy and enterprise leadership, supported by exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills. A strategic and authentic leader, you are recognised for your sound judgement, political acumen and ability to build trusted relationships while navigating complexity.
