A newly established Operations Group has been formed to bring together customer experience, administrative functions, and technology service delivery under one unified structure. This transformation reflects a clear commitment to operational excellence, integrated service delivery, and improved customer outcomes across a large, multifaceted organisation. As part of this strategic evolution, we are seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead this high-impact function.
Reporting to the Chief Executive and working closely with the senior leadership team, you will lead and shape service strategy, lead transformation, and drive digital innovation. The COO will be responsible for a broad and complex portfolio, overseeing shared services including digital platforms, contact centre services and corporate support functions including finance, HR, procurement, and more. This role is pivotal in embedding best practice service delivery, modernising operational capability, and driving organization wide performance.
The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience operating at scale, a commercial mindset, a strong track record in digital innovation and a proven track record of delivering sustainable transformation. The Chief Operating Officer will require significant and proven experience leading a complex portfolio within a large, matrixed organisation. This role requires resilience, adaptability, and the ability to lead through ambiguity while fostering a culture of performance and continuous improvement across a diverse and dynamic workforce.
